Driver of the Quarter Program

V3 Transportation is pleased to announce a program designed to reward V3 independent drivers for the outstanding job they do. The independent contractor in the V3 fleet form our most important partnership, and we wish to show our appreciation for their effort.

Beginning the 4th Quarter of 2021, V3 is implementing a new Driver of the Quarter program. The intent of the program is to recognize independent contractors who display excellence on the job. Excellence can be defined in several ways, but a few examples are safe operations and exceptional customer service.

Throughout the quarter contractors can be nominated by employees from any V3 Transportation department or office. From that list of nominees, one driver (or team) will be chosen to be the Driver of the Quarter. This program is to recognize and reward drivers who have displayed outstanding service, safe practices, or professionalism in the workplace.

To be eligible, nominees must be:

Active independent contract driver for the last 6 months with V3 Transportation
Must not have a preventable accident in the last year
Must not have a cargo claim in the last year
Zero moving violations within the last 6 months (i.e., speeding, following too closely, stop sign/red light infraction, other lane violations)

Teams in Sprinter Vans, Straight Trucks and Tractors are eligible for nomination

Drivers that are nominated but do not win the Driver of the Quarter will receive a $25.00 Visa or Mastercard Gift Card
