Position Summary:


V3 Transportation is looking for customer service representatives. Customer service representatives are responsible for load booking, communication with the customer, drivers and partner carriers while monitoring service and generating customer leads for the sales organization.

Position responsibilities:

· Assist driver and partner carriers with load information

· Update customers regarding shipment needs

· Able to work as a problem solver in a fast paced call center

· Monitor shipments and ensure delivery times are met

· Maintain a safe work environment for employees and owner operators


Position requirements:

· Sylectus system experience preferred

· Minimum of two years experience as a customer service representative in Transportation

· Team player with a positive attitude

· Working knowledge of Microsoft applications

· Strong customer service skills

· Strong problem solving skills
