Robert Poulos, CEO
Formerly Vice President of Sales at U.S. Xpress. Mr. Poulos joined US Xpress in 2007 as Vice President of Sales of Xpress Direct, the time-critical and capacity on-demand division of US Xpress, Inc. In 2008, he was promoted to to Vice President of Sales where he managed the sales channel for seven operating divisions that produced revenues in excess of $1B. Prior to joining U.S. Xpress, Mr. Poulos worked with Panther Expedited Services, one of the leading premium expedited transportation carriers in the market. His career with Panther began in 1999 when he served as both Director of Sales and National Account Manager, where he developed many of the large strategic accounts for the company. In addition to strategic account development, Mr. Poulos managed the Midwest and Southwest sales teams. He is a graduate of Marquette University with a degree in Political Science.
John J. Sliter, President
As the owner of a leasing company that provided straight trucks to the expedited industry, Mr. Sliter has stayed close to his transportation roots. Prior to that, he served as Chief Operating Officer at Panther Expedited Services, the largest independently-owned expedited carrier. Mr. Sliter also held the positions of Secretary and Treasurer of Panther Expedited Services. He joined Panther Expedited Services in 1998 as Controller and has more than 14 years of financial and accounting experience, including past ownership and oversight of his own trucking company. Mr. Sliter was responsible for all budgeting, revenue control, operations, owner-operator programs, safety and treasury operations at Panther Expedited. Prior to Panther, he was an accountant at a regional accounting firm based in northeast Ohio. Mr. Sliter graduated with a degree in Accounting from the University of Akron.
Craig Amato, Board Member

Paul Ratcliff, Chief Operating Officer
Paul Ratcliff joined the V3 management team in 2016. Having worked at Panther Expedited Services from 1995 to 2016, most recently as VP Strategic Resources, he brings over 20 years of direct industry experience to the company. His professional experience spans operations, human resources, fleet support, quality control and project management. His focus has been on talent acquisition and management, leadership development and process improvement. His role at V3 is to integrate people, processes and systems to deliver exceptional customer service. Paul holds a B.A in History from Youngstown State University and an MBA from Walsh University.
Mark Dieckhoner, VP Operations
Mark Dieckhoner joined the V3 management team in early 2016 and brings with him over 20 years of expedite trucking industry experience. At Panther he built the foundation for the company’s Safety, Compliance and Recruiting programs. At Try Hours, he had P&L responsibility for all Operations, which was comprised of several hundred employees and owner-operators . Mark exemplifies servant leadership when working with customers, owner-operators, employees and the community. Mark is a proud military veteran of the U.S. Navy.
